Located at 22 Silverleaves Avenue, Silverleaves Cowes, follow road onto the Silverleaves General Store Silverleaves Beach house is a lovely family friendly house located across the road from a north facing beach. "Small" pets allowed, not big dogs. The yard is not fenced . Bunks there but no guard rail, please don not allow a young child to sleep there. It is the 11 th house around the curve in the road, at the first speed hump, on your right.

Island Ranch is set on 100 acres on the beautiful Phillip Island.We offer secure off street parking with a covered 15mx12m carport with keypad entry & exit. You will love the tranquillity and ease of access to tourist attractions, we are 6.8km from the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and within 8 mins of the foreshore, cafes, wineries & great bushwalking. We have two air bnb's located behind each other approx 20m apart, with a fence separating them .

The Shore Shack - family friendly getaway

The Shore Shack is best suited for couples or small families to sit back, relax & enjoy. Situated on a flat block, the large grassed backyard was created for children to explore with an enclosed trampoline, cubby house and boat. For the family, a large undercover area, family sized Weber BBQ, outdoor seating & fire pit. Located a stones throw from the RSL, a short walk to the main shopping precinct and close to the Cowes main beach.
