The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

The house is situated high up overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Vik's folk high school until the end of the 1950s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was carried out and now the entire house is as if newly built. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as much as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old buildings are very well preserved. It's calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep.
