In addition, it's within walking distance of two restaurants and a bakery that's open in the morning during the summer! Enjoy generous spaces outside and inside; a newly renovated kitchen with fantastic views of the fields, a living room, a room with a fireplace, and three bedrooms with double beds. Two bathrooms (one of which was built in 2026, so there are no pictures yet) Large, lush and secluded garden with several outdoor areas and a wide view.

There is a conservatory with three walls furnished with a seating area with a table and a double bed 160 cm wide. Grown-up garden that is protected from view, electric grill is available. Distance: 50 meters to playground, 400 meters to the sea, 500 meters to bus/train station, 700 meters to Willys and about 1 km to the city center. It is not allowed to charge an electric car due to the safety risk.

The surrounding is characterized by the beautiful, snow-white and miles long sand beach, drift hills and the beach forest. The sea bath is very shallow and therefore perfectly suited for families with children. The house is located at a 1 600 sqm lush yard with only 150 m to the beach.
