Bright, cozy apartment (approx. 60 m²) with garden view and separate, ground-level entrance. It is in a quiet location on the first floor of a detached house on the Rhine Heights surrounded by the Siebengebirge, Westerwald, the idyllic Wiedbach Valley and the romantic Rhine Valley. Cities such as Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne are just as easy to reach as the wine region of the Middle Rhine and the Ahr as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge).

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Unser „kleines Appartment“, bietet eine gemütliche und stilvolle Übernachnachtungmöglichkeit, für bis zu zwei Personen. Hier kannst du in der voll ausgestatteten Küche kochen und vom Esstisch den wunderbaren Ausblick, auf den Drachenfels genießen. Das Badezimmer befindet sich, eine Treppe darunter. Hier gibt es eine geräumige Wasserfalldusche. Das „Highlight“ der Gründerzeitvilla, unser großer Garten mit altem Baumbestand lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein.

Rhöndorf, located at the foot of the scenic, legendary Drachenfels in the Siebengebirge, is a picturesque place on the Rhine and is 15 km south of Bonn. From here you can perfectly explore the near and far surroundings of the region or simply hike a few stages of the Rheinsteig, which passes Rhöndorf.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or shops serving everyday needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90m² of a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of order, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.

Both on business trips and on vacation, our fine, well-equipped apartment offers pleasant comfort in the wine and cultural city of Unkel am Rhein. Kesselwies Vacation Rental

Our "Kesselwies" is a bright small apartment with a separate entrance, parking right in front of the house and a private terrace in the large garden. Due to short distances to Highway 61 or the proximity to the Nürburgring, many excursion opportunities are available. But the relaxation in the middle of the Brohltal begins right outside the door.
