It's a wonderful flat with incredible views directly overlooking the sea. The building is currently undergoing refurbishment, and the communal areas – corridors, stairwells and façade – are being RENOVATED. There is currently NO Wi-Fi connection. That's why we offer a DISCOUNTED price. It has air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter. The apartment is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and all necessary utensils. A hair straightener and a hairdryer are provided.

A sunny holiday home where the whole family can relax. Wonderful views of the sea open from spacious terraces. There is a private sauna, guests can enjoy a tropical-style garden and pool area on the grounds of the apartment complex. Just a few minutes' walk away is the restaurant "Miel y Nata", which is very popular among the locals. For golf and tennis enthusiasts there are excellent courses nearby, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the best beaches in the area are also a short drive away.
