It's a wonderful flat with incredible views directly overlooking the sea. The building is currently undergoing refurbishment, and the communal areas – corridors, stairwells and façade – are being RENOVATED. There is currently NO Wi-Fi connection. That's why we offer a DISCOUNTED price. It has air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter. The apartment is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and all necessary utensils. A hair straightener and a hairdryer are provided.

There is a private sauna, guests can enjoy a tropical-style garden and pool area on the grounds of the apartment complex. For golf and tennis enthusiasts there are excellent courses nearby, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the best beaches in the area are also a short drive away.
