Very comfy home! We had everything we needed. Karen was an excellent host.

We stayed for a month. The property is as pictured and described. Good location and very walkable. There is a large grass area behind the building for pets. Host was communicative and friendly. We felt at home and will return in the future.

Jade's tiny home was everything I was hoping for during my one month stay in Eugene. A great location, quaint but accessible to everything. It was perfect for one person. It would be especially good for a solo writing retreat, or just as a place to read, rest and restore. Jade was an accommodating and responsive host. The kitchen being well-stocked with appliances/cooking ware was a bonus. Don't overlook the old-fashioned percolator, it makes an excellent cup of coffee.
