Lia is a peaceful gem, a small farm with close proximity to everything while still being on its own. Two living rooms, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom and loft. The place is 200 years old and the house is 100. Timber walls, fresh air, charm, peace and quiet are a good starting point for fine days! Outside there is plenty of room, and a short way down to Santa Claus. Here you can go for a swim, go fishing or go for a spin. On the beach is a large pier, and a small "boathouse". Nice hiking opportunities right on the beach, and many great, marked trails and top hikes in the municipality.

One of the last 20 houses with a thatched roof. The house was renovated in 2019 with new underfloor heating, electricity, water and drainage. The windows have been scraped off for paint and repainted with linseed oil paint. We have preserved so much of the old from the house and recycled kitchen cabinets partially, benches and panels from Vesterø church etc. The previous owner's things are also reused, especially pictures. Unique and recently renovated barn apartment with a party venue consisting of a large kitchen, plus a table and chairs seating up to 16 people. The apartment contains two bedrooms, one bathroom, a hall and a large living room with kitchen (65 m2). Most of the floor is tiled with heating cables, and all the appliances are modern. You can wash out of the apartment yourself or order a laundry. The laundry costs 1000 NOK when ordering. Bed linens cost 75 kr per piece to rent, no sleeping bags.

The cabin has 3 room, a living room with a bunk bed, TV, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a lovely sun room, where you can enjoy the silence, relax and lower your shoulders with a cup of coffee or glas of wine. You have a kitchenette and a bathroom just for you, two steps outside the cottage. Included in the price are towels, linen and cleaning out. Walking and fishing are within short distances.

The area consists of holiday homes /houses in a peaceful neighborhood.

Welcome to Hämmens Gård and a midsummer night's dream At Hämmens Gård you can sit back and relax, and find peace in beautiful and quiet surroundings. The farm is idyllically located outside Strömstad (15 min/car). The farm produces black currants, aroni berries, sea buckthorn and blueberries. There are opportunities for self-picking if desired. The area around the farm is great for hiking, and Bohusleden is not far away.
