Waterfront holiday rentals in Skiathos

Great place, great location, excellent host.

We booked here last minute after our ferry was cancelled. Great price and great location, right near the port and bus stop. Check in was easy and we were helped with our luggage to the top floor. Definitely recommend.

We spend two weeks in this beautiful spot in a quiet and authentic part of the island with views and walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. We enjoyed sleeping to the sound of the waves at night, going for a swim on foot in the morning and spending time on the balcony in the evening watching the stars. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well equipped, and very close to the other villages and beaches. Mrs. Soula is a great host and a very sweet lady who made sure with had everything we needed. Thank you!!! We will definitely come back to Milia!

Perfect setting in a small cove with lots of olive trees and two tavernas. Beautiful water for swimming and gorgeous sunsets. Greece at its best. The apartment is well equipped and has a fantastic balcony. Highly recommended.

My wife, my daughter and I stayed in Isidoros' apartment for 10 days and it was just perfect. I was exhausted and it was just what I needed. Isidoros was incredibly kind and helpful. He picked us up from the harbour and drove us to the apartment and told us everything we needed to know along the way. The apartment is delightful. The beds were clean and comfortable, a number one priority for us. I'm a light sleeper but slept like a log every night. Agnontas itself is tiny, with not much going on. This was exactly what we were looking for but this might be a problem for those who want a bit of "action". The beach is 3 minutes walk away. There is a small mini-market to buy provisions. On the seafront there are three taverns. For us it was the perfect holiday. We would definitely consider coming again.

Great family owned apartments, very clean, well equipped , just in front of the water. Good location, fair bus connection but if you have a car, everything is reached easily . Even staying at the location is great, basic watersports, few good taverns, and beach bar. Sun sets just in front of the beach. Recommended for families

We had a lovely five nights at Anna’s place. The pictures don’t do it justice- this is such a lovely space, stylish but homely. Perfect size for two adults and two children. The views over the town were stunning. We loved it.

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Avgeri! Vicky and Adonis were such wonderful hosts. The location is stunning with beautiful views and it is so peaceful and private. The Villa was spotlessly clean and really well equipped. We ate in for 2 of our nights and there was everything we needed to prepare and cook family meals., We didn't BBQ due to the fire risk but this did not stop us enjoying lovely meals together as a family. The elevated terrace overlooking the pool is a wonderful spot for lunch/supper. There is so much to do and nothing is more than a 15-30 minute drive away. Our favourite beaches were Kastari and Limnonari. Agnontas is a wonderful spot for lunch. The Donkee cocktail bar in Skopelos town has great views and we ate delicious pizzas at Pizza Gousto. Panormos has a good selection of restaurants and a great spot for watching magnificent sunsets. We hired a boat for the day from Wind Speed Boats which was good value and we explored lots of hidden bays and coves.

Villa Olivia is just a great place if you want to enjoy some days of vacation in a private place with pool nd everything you need from a family point of view. Even if very private place you are in 30 minutes reach of the 2 major cities of skopelos glossa and skopelos town and 30 minutes by ferry to skiathos which is more touristic oriented and hence you can have both options. The view from the Villa is just great, accommodation is just as promised for a island accommodation and Helle/Christian where where always in contact with us so we didn't miss anything... I can warmly recommend this place!

We had the most fantastic break at Barbara’s place. We didn’t want to leave. The listing and photos really don’t do justice to it. Sitting on the balcony/ terrace listening to the waves before heading down to swim in the crystal waters of a secluded beach (not private) was a dream. The outside space is well thought through, with a variety of comfortable and sheltered places to relax. The interior of the house is not fancy, but it has everything you need and is so clean. We cooked a lot and it was pretty well equipped. It’s a 20 min drive to Patitiri or there are local tavernas nearby. You definitely need a car.

A & D House is in an amazing location overlooking yachts coming and going in the port. From the fantastic generous sized balcony you get to see the sunrise and watch the days activities unfold. Being in the heart of the town but away from the hustle and bustle of nightlife means all amenities such as Supermarkets and transport around the island are within convenient short walking distance. Yes, there are plenty of steps up to this beautiful apartment, which is the case for much of Skiathos old town, but we enjoyed this. The apartment is beautifully presented, extremely spacious and most importantly Antonis and Demi are terrific hosts. We plan to return as soon as possible.

To say this accommodation was great would be an understatement. The flat itself was amazing and had everything you could need for a longer vacation. From a washing machine, cleaning detergents, ACs in almost every room, small complimentary catering like butter, jams, coffee to an amazing balcony with a great view of the sea for some long evening talks! The location was amazing, everything was close by and even the beach was only a minute of walk away from the apartment. The hosts were probably the best part though! They were very flexible, helpful, kind and even came to greet us and show us the way to the apartment after our arrival! We also got the best spot recommendations for our small city as well as the beaches around the island! To sum it up it was definitely a 10/10 experience and we will certainly be coming back in the future! :)

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

Great location, center within walking distance and bus stop just a short walk away. The neighboring beaches are also beautiful. House equipped with everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, towels and beach towels, everything) and super helpful host for explanations and schedules! Super recommended!!!

Lovely location and good value. Wifi connection was a little weak for our room, but not a big issue. Giannis was always friendly and helpful! Recommended!

This place is perfect for a short getaway in paradise. Beautiful, peaceful, and just what I needed for a quick escape. The host was very friendly and awesome, making the stay even more enjoyable.

It is a very steep walk (like most of Skopelos) of about 8 minutes but once the accomodation is reached there is a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and Giannis accommodated my need to have luggage stored prior to entry. There were 2 rooms and a nice balcony. One room contained the kitchen (which had a small kitchenette) and bedroom and another room contained the bathroom. It was very relaxing being on the balcony taking in the wonderful view. The accomodation is also accessible by car. Giannis was a gracious host meeting me at my room to explain its facilities and explaining that I could contact him at any time regarding queries.

The studio is located in one of the best areas of the city. Amazing views, easy to park ( if not in front at least no more than 400 meters away) and nice restaurants with life music close to it. Giannis was always happy to help and gave us good recommendations 👌

Giannis' place was quiet, clean, and in a good location (5-minute walk from the port and bus station). Thank you for a great stay above Skopelos Town!
