This beautiful riverfront guest suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. Spectacular water views and a shared dock for fishing, kayaks, etc. Just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Topsail island. Wood look luxury vinyl plank flooring and coastal decor make this a comfortable retreat. There are two designated parking spots. Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.
