Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. This unique and tranquil getaway was hand built using timbers from the property. It is a tiny cottage with peak a boo views to the ocean. Located close to a deer crossing, and a walk to local beaches, the property has wildlife, eagles and large towering trees. The cottage was built using natural materials, with some kiln dried cedar planks and "shou sugi ban" exterior cedar siding. It is a 10-12 minute drive to Snug Cove.
