Hotel Salem is located on the outskirts of Stockholm County, 23 km from the city. The hotel is located in a smaller industrial area surrounded by residential area. The building is from the beginning a heating plant that has been converted into a hotel on the inside but on the outside there are traces of the old business such as a high chimney. It is not the location or the look of the building that we have focused on to achieve a great experience, but that the standard should be high at a low price. Each room is spacious and has private bathrooms and kitchen

In November 2022 (or earlier), Magnolia House opens a new apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the middle of "just north of Stockholm City". 40 rooms in a house that resembles a large villa with a shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We mainly have 2 room types: smaller rooms for 1 person and on the top floor there will be loft apartments for 1-4 people. Single rooms mean compact living: still private kitchen/shower. On the lower level there is a shared lounge.

Riddersvik Manor, Double Room

A warm welcome to Riddersviks Herrgård! Cosy double room near lake Mälaren with a private bathroom, that houses up to three people. This comfortable double room offers a peacful environment near lake Mälaren — perfect for an unwinding stay. Enjoy walking paths near the water and beautiful views, while still benefitting from easily accessible transport into the city by bus and metro. In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

Låsta Gårdshotell Simple

At the same time, you have peace and quiet with us, close to nature, and when spring/summer comes, you have access to a patio with a barbecue and dining areas outside in the garden.

Our hotel is located in the center of Norrköping, just a few minutes' walk from Norrköping's Travel Center (bus and train station) and the city with shops and restaurants. Here you can spend the night in a comfortable single room, Breakfast buffet included. The rooms have comfortable beds and bathrooms with showers. On the street outside the hotel, parking is free between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
