The property consists of a large kitchen for dining and socializing and a living room/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed 140 cm and a travel bed. There is also high chair in the accommodation. Toilet/shower/sauna/washing machine available in separate building next to the square and next to the pool/heated hot tub (costs extra)and lounge corner.

Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. Lake Uttran is an oblong lake that in the summer invites to swimming, fishing or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can take some periods for a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshed bath in an ice weak.
