Our family-friendly 1.5-story villa offers a large south-facing terrace with pool. 2000 sqm plot with swings, sandbox, slide, trampoline and barbecue. Walk through the forest to Sundbyholm's harness racing track and on to Sundbyholm Castle, which is next to Lake Mälaren. 7-minute walk to Ostra's own cozy swimming area with a small beach and jetty. Proximity to the Gyllenhjelmska trail.

Nice environment for walking. Some rules and cleaning need to be followed to use the hot tub. We offer late check-out, at 1 pm, with time for an early lunch or a lie-in.

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Enjoy our nice pool and patios in three different places. Eat your breakfast in the glass house or outside in the morning sun. On cool or windy evenings, you can cozy up with a wood-fired stove in the glass house. The pool is always 29 degrees Celsius and the outdoor shower has hot water. The pool and outdoor shower are open May - September. The bedrooms are upstairs and you who rent must be able to go up and down a steep staircase.
