Welcome to our cozy gable row house between Bredäng and Mälarhöjden. It is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, forest and a fantastic swimming area. The garden is lush and nice and there is plenty of space to relax both on the patio at the front and back. The back is transparent from three directions. Barbecue available. The house has three bedrooms and a sofa bed with room for two. Further there are three toilets, a shower and a bathtub. It takes about 15 minutes into the city by subway.

Centrally located, 750m to Gnesta center. Quiet street. Secluded garden bordering the forest with big wooden deck. At cycling distance there are many nice swimming lakes. Great starting point for hikes along Sörmlandsleden. Trains to Stockholm take 37min. Commuter train to Stockholm Central takes 1 hour. The house has two apartments that share hall and garden, but no one is at home in the second apartment during stay. So you will have the entire place to yourselves.

Townhouse with large areas, two patios, trampoline and free parking on the street outside. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop that in 3 minutes takes one to Fruängens subway station. From Fruängen it takes 10 minutes to Södermalm (Hornstull) and 18 minutes to T-centralen. Several playgrounds within the community area. In the house, there is a 160 cm double bed, two single beds, a family bed 120+80 as well as a tent bed that can be set up if necessary for an extra bed.

Cleaning service available for SEK 1200 extra, bed linen/towels 30 SEK per set, please advise timely so it can be arranged.
