Varmt välkommen till fina Studio Loftvingen på Pensionat Prinshöjden by Andreas & David. Här bor ni centralt i en helt egen lägenhet på 44 kvm högst upp i byggnaden med en fin utsikt över delar av Katrineholm. Ni når centrum och tågstationen på några minuter. Fullt utrustat kök, dubbelsäng och 4K-tv. Netflix, Prime, kaffe, te, lakan, handdukar, toalettartiklar, privat parkering och snabbt internet ingår. In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

If you have a car, you'll be in the city in 15 minutes. At the same time, you have peace and quiet with us close to nature and when spring/summer comes, you have access to a patio with barbecue and dining areas out in the garden.
