Relax in the countryside in a guest house on a cozy little farm, only one hour from Stockholm. The farm is from 1867 and is located just outside Björnlunda in Södermanland. In this rural idyll you can relax or use as a base to discover Södermanland. Next to the guest house there is a residential house, several barns and a chicken coop. Living on the farm are the farm cats Stina and Vilda, the Samoyed dogs Isa and Snö, the Welsh Blacknose sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly and Kajsa, and the cockerel Grey and his 8 hens.

Historical idyll from the 1600s

Welcome to our carefully renovated house from the 1600s! Here you live next to Strängnäs Cathedral and have the city center nearby. Our charming house also has an exciting story to tell. The house has had the privilege of being included in the popular history and building conservation program on TV, SVT "Det sitter i väggarna" in the fall of 2023. Of course, cleaning, bed linens, towels and coffee and tea are included.

Oasis near City center

We are in a unique location with both nature and City life. It is 7 min walk to City center, 13 min walk to the harbour with restaurants, pubs, icecream and small shops( mostly in summertime). In the wintertime you can see fly fishing right outside. Stockholm Skavsta AirPort is only 15 min by car. We offer free parking outside or a garage for SEK 100/day. We have no WI-FI. We are far from the big city, but still only 1 hour from Stockholm, with a nice view of Lake Mälaren and the opportunity to sit on our jetty at sunset. Our guest house is about 45 sqm with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (180 cm bed) and a small living room with sofa bed (140 cm). The guest house is built together with the main building and has its own balcony.
