Cozy house from 1850 in central Trosa next to the river. The house is in the middle of Trosa with proximity to everything. You have access to lovely child-friendly plot and a well-equipped house with room for 4 adults and 2 children. Newly built outdoor space available to use. Parking on the plot and on the adjacent parking with charging poles. The house has two double beds upstairs, downstairs has a small kitchen, dining area available in the living room which also holds the sofa bed with room for two. On the lower bottom there are WC and shower.

Lakefront villa with large yard

Newly built villa with 5 bedrooms. Here you can comfortably stay large and small. We have football goals, trampoline and other fun for the kids. The lake is close, 500 m for swimming from the jetty, or 1 km to a nice bathing area with beach. Forest and nature in the corner while getting out on E4. High-quality golf courses such as Kallfors, Vidbynäs and Salem GK within a maximum of 30 min by car. 2 km to Rönninge centre where grocery store, restaurants and other services are available, also commuter trains and buses.

Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Welcome to Tegelbacken - a bright and beautiful guesthouse with high ceilings, surrounded by peace and quiet in Sundsvik. With an area of 75 square meters, our cottage can accommodate up to 5 people. In addition, there is a lovely jacuzzi that you can relax in and enjoy. From the guest house and hot tub you can look out over Sundsörsviken, Mälaren. Here it is close to nature and swimming regardless of the season. Child-friendly beach in the lake is within walking distance. There are nice walkways directly from the farm.

Enjoy the Swedish countryside in our cozy cottage among fields and sea with horses and donkeys as neighbors. Perfect area for strolling, hiking and biking. Borrow bikes and reach the beach in 10 min, or stop by Stockholm's coziest eateries with sweets, waffles and pizza. The cottage is small but charming and has a sunny lilac arbor and a romantic glazed pavilion to use. The cottage is a guesthouse on our garden, but detached from the main house. A small, lovely guest house with one bedroom, mini kitchen and a bathroom just 10 minutes walk to the picturesque town of Trosa, with its harbour, narrow alleys, top bars and restaurants as well as charming shops. It is only a 10 minute walk to a nice little sandy beach on the island. The cottage was renovated in 2022 and feels spacious thanks to hefty ceiling height.
