Bright, small apartment in the old town with garden!

Bright, cozy 50 m² apartment on the first floor of a characteristic half-timbered house in the middle of the historic old town of Soest with a small, idyllic city garden! Only 350 meters from the train station! It is modernly decorated and can accommodate 2 people. SAT TV is available and free Wi-Fi can be used in the entire living space as well as in the garden. In the bedroom you will find a king size bed (1.80 x 2.00) and blackout blinds. The kitchen is well equipped.

It is located only 5-10 minutes by car from Lake Möhne and Soest. Enjoy your vacation on the large terrace, drink wine and good food in the luxurious open kitchen or spend time directly at the lake, in the old town or in the great outdoors, which is right by the house. Die Schiebefenster lassen sich alle zum Sonnen komplett öffnen. Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann.

Welcome to our cozy granny apartment. Spend a few nice days with us and feel at home. The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet location. Rural yet close to the city. A variety of excursion destinations and hiking trails within walking distance or a few minutes' drive. Spacious and well-equipped. Quiet, with terrace, private garden, barbecue. I am a passionate host. I have furnished the apartment and maintain it as I would feel comfortable at home. So it is not only attractively furnished and decorated, but equipped with everything that is needed during a longer stay.

Our farm is located directly on a well-known bike route & is ideal for bike lovers. A neighboring farm, within walking distance, will be happy to provide you with fresh milk & eggs. Apartment is located in the attic (access outside stairs)
