Welcome to an urban and quiet neighborhood in the heart of Kristiansand. Porch with sun from early morning to 10pm ☀️ The apartment is a stone's throw away Kristiansand city center and it takes only 15 minutes to walk down to the city center. It contains a bathroom, living room with dining area and a bedroom. The apartment is located in a house from 1933, so there is some wear on the cladding and we are renovating the basement. Because of this, the site is more chaotic than usual. It is possible to wash clothes on the floor above.

Quiet and child-friendly area with good sun conditions and balcony with barbecue. 15 min to Kristiansand and 10 min to Lillesand. The beds include newly made beds with bed linen and towels. 2x 150 double bed - 1x 120 double bed and 3 single inflatable beds.

The apartment is fully equipped. The entire apartment is available to the guest. The apartment is 40 m². It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the Zoo from the apartment.
