Our accommodation is located near the city center of Solingen with train connections to Düsseldorf and Cologne, a 5-minute walk to the train, 10 minutes to the city center. It is located in the attic of a typical Solingen half-timbered house. The apartment is about 45 square meters, has a separate bedroom with pull-out double bed, kitchen with dining table, bathroom with shower and living room. You will find relaxation after a strenuous day at the trade fair, an extensive shopping tour or a hike in nature.

Das Apartment ist mit Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll saniert und eingerichtet. Es befindet sich in einem Backsteingebäude von 1903, in einer ruhigen Straße. Das Buchen von privaten Yogastunden in unserem Yogastudio ist möglich. Fußläufig gibt es vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Du kannst auch am Ufer der Wupper wandern gehen oder Radfahren und auch nett einkehren. Mit dem Zug oder dem Auto bist Du in weniger als einer halben Stunde mitten in Köln. Am Bahnhof gibt es auch E-Bikes zu leihen.

Beautiful apartment with separate entrance, free parking in front of the house, terrace with garden view. Very convenient connection to the A 46 highway, bus stop, shopping and conservation area in the immediate vicinity. Solingen main train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by public transport. Wuppertal is 13 km away, Düsseldorf 20 km and Cologne is 30 km away. Ideal for short breaks in the beautiful Bergisches Land, for business travelers and trade fair visitors.

I am renting out my apartment in a quiet yet central location in a two-family house in the beautiful Nacker Bachtal. The living space is spread across an open-plan kitchen-living area, a shower bathroom, and a gallery. On the mezzanine, there is a bed with two sleeping places (a cozy width of 1.40 m). The standing height in the center of the gallery under the gable is 1.90 m. We have two 11 kW wall boxes, and electric cars can currently be charged for €0.50 per kWh.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in the heart of the Luisenviertel. With its bars, cafes and restaurants, the district is one of the most beautiful areas in Wuppertal. The spacious double bed can be reached via a small staircase (ceiling height here only 1.60 m). The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge and coffee maker. The apartment (40 square meters) is in a well-kept condition. We look forward to seeing you here in W.-Vohwinkel and hope that you have a pleasant stay. We have already prepared some things for your visit. For the first day you will find coffee, tea, water, spices, pasta, tomato sauce, etc. in the kitchen cupboard. If you have sunny weather, you are also welcome to have a barbecue on the terrace. A small charcoal grill and charcoal are available for you.

Nice apartment - central and quiet location

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

Not far from the centre of the City of Blades, this beautiful, modern apartment has good public transport links to Düsseldorf and Cologne.
