Basement apartment of 72 m2 in the charming Greve village, with its own entrance at the back of the house. Access to terrace with view, as well as table and chairs. Double bed in bedroom, double sofa bed in living room, single bed behind dining area. There is a bus about a few hundred meters away, it takes 8 minutes to Greve train station. Free parking, fast fibernet wifi 1000 Mbit/s. Let us know if you need anything else during your stay and we'll figure it out. Myself and my 2 kids, 11 and 13 live just upstairs

There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Er vejret ikke med jer er der 18kvm Orangeri med direkte adgang fra stuen. Huset er beliggende 25min kørsel fra København, eller 3km fra Karlslunde Station.
