The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Kermikhuset is located 30 km south of Copenhagen, 500 m to beach/forest and 1.9 km to train station. The home is a self-contained apartment of 60 m2 on the first floor, with a lovely secluded south facing roof terrace. The home consists of kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with linens, the one with double bed and wardrobes and the other slightly smaller with 2 single beds with shared footing ideal for children, or for those who want to wicker toes. Ideal for a romantic getaway or for the young family.

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. This unique home has panoramic views of Køge Bay with views of Copenhagen. There is a large private beach and a nice bathing bridge. Private heated pool, which is covered, but which can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented in the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room, two bedrooms, a hallway and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both up and down, and free parking can be done both up and down in relation to the property.

Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful view or sit by the fireplace and enjoy nature. There are many good hiking trails in the area. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Welcome to our cozy guest house with the beach less than 400 m away, close to forest, train station and a city center offering several stores and restaurants. It has its own separate entrance, dedicated outdoor area, separate bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. It can fit up to six guests, with a queen sized bed, two single beds and a sleeping couch available. Towels and bed sheets are included. There is free parking at the street and we offer charging of your electric car at an extra cost.
