Studio apartment at the foot of Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

On the outskirts of Bauhaus, it invites you to hikes, forest bathing or excursions by e-bike or you can relax in our spacious garden with terrace / balcony. Fulda and Eder for water sports. Cycle path R 1 2 kilometers away. Train connection, shops, fitness studio with spa, restaurants 3 km away. The Hessentag town of Fritzlar and the half-timbered town of Melsungen are 15 minutes away from the Edersee.

A warm welcome to our 130-year-old half-timbered house at the foot of the Wartburg Castle! Once used as a smithy, it now offers a family-friendly holiday apartment with a full range of amenities. It is centrally located in Eisenach, with short distances to the town centre, shopping facilities, tourist attractions and the unique natural beauty of the Thuringian Forest! Our children's room is located directly above the holiday apartment. We do our best, but some noise may still be audible.

Cozy room Friedewald, Hesse/ A4

I am renting out an apartment in a historic half-timbered house in Friedewald, approximately 12 km from the spa and festival town of Bad Hersfeld. Very close to the A4, but still in a quiet location. In addition to the room with a double bed (which can be converted into two single beds on request), there is a small bathroom and a small kitchen. The upper floor is unoccupied and is currently still a construction site.
