Here you have lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings. From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, visit a moose park or go down the zippline.

På gården finns hästar, katter, höns och en liten sällskaplig hund. Bortom naturbeteshagarna finns de vilda djuren. Dock inga björnar eller vargar :-) Lyxen ligger i miljön. Njut av naturen nära kulturella Råshult med dess vackra vandringsleder samt närheten till Älmhult och IKEA. Nyrenoverat hus med modern standard. Sjöutsikt och gångavstånd till Såganäs Friluftsbas med badbrygga och kanoututhyrning. 5 km till Diö där närmsta pizzeria och tågstation finns. Lägg till 2 km och du hittar Bykrogen i Liatorp. 7 km söderut finns Älmhult med affärer och resturanger och så klart IKEA och IKEA Museum. Fiske finns både i Såganäs sjön samt Möckeln och Virestadsjön.

Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende vid sjön Svanshals. Sjöutsikt från vardagsrum/kök samt uterum. Kamin. Stugan är nybyggd och färdigställdes årsskiftet 2022/2023. Egen tillgång till Svanshalssjön. Fiskemöjlighet på tomten. Bada går men badskor rekommenderas (tills vi byggt brygga). I övrigt finns det i närheten väldigt fin natur som korsas av Skåneleden. På cykel och bilavstånd ligger Osby där det finns både matbutiker, restauranger och andra aktiviteterna.

The house is located right next to the forest. People who come here for the first time often say that the surroundings remind them of the tales of Astrid Lindgren. Just 2 km away you have access to a lake with sauna (shared with others) that you can use for free. On agreement you can charge your electric vehicle at our place (200 meters away) with type 2 , 11kW for 3sek/kW. Towels/linens are NOT included, but can be provided for 150 SEK/person. Cleaning can be added for 1500sek.
