Volete soggiornare in una struttura autentica, dove quello che conta sono le vere comodità? Allora siete nel posto giusto! Siamo alle porte del centro, in una via tranquilla e strategica che vi permette di arrivare comodamente sotto casa con la macchina! Siamo al piano rialzato all'interno di una villa storica e forniamo colazione, A/C e cucinino. Animali benvenuti :)

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

La casa è completa di tutti i comfort, si trova in un'ottima posizione vicina a molti servizi. Comoda per parcheggiare l'auto davanti a casa o di fronte, senza divieti. Dista circa 25 minuti da RCF Arena, struttura all'aperto per concerti e spettacoli. Dista circa 20 minuti dal casello autostradale di Reggiolo/Rolo e dal casello di Pegognaga, circa 25 minuti da quello di Reggio Emilia. Per chi viaggia in aereo dista ad un'ora dall'aeroporto di Bologna e Verona.
