The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Sorède, bordered by a river, close to the center of the village, 15 minutes from the sea by car. There is a large main room with high ceilings and a kitchen-dining room-living room by the fireplace with TV. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, then a second bedroom with a double bed. In the mezzanine, a bedroom with a double bed and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Bedding included. On the ground floor, a bathroom and a toilet.

Nelly built terraced house of 50m2 (538 sq ft) with spacious outdoors, swimming pool (shared with us), view on "les Albères. Sorède is advantageously located between sea and mountain. It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Ca La Conxita - rural disconnection for 5 people

Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.

El Paller de Ca l 'Escrivà (Capmany, Alt Empordà)

House located in the center of the wine village of Capmany (Alt Empordà-Costa Brava). Located 14 kilometers from Figueres and 10 kilometers from the French border. It is also 25 kilometers from Costa Brava's beaches. From the village you can hold mountain bikes and hiking and follow megalithic routes. No big parties are allowed, but the barbecues are allowed with family and friends. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families, and large groups.

Duplex apartment located between the train station and the center with garden and private swimming pool, closed kitchen, two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a shower room with two toilets. The bathroom has a spa bath for two people and a seating area with heated and massaging armchair. You will have access to a private garden with outdoor jacuzzi, an area to eat outside with a private pool. A place to park several cars is right in front of the apartment.

My accommodation is in the middle of the picturesque old town of the fishing village of Collioure, with sea views and a private patio garden. There is plenty of outdoor space and the beaches are within a 2 minute walk. It is well suited for couples or families (maximum 5 people). Pets are welcome. This house can also be rented in combination with our adjacent larger house to accommodate up to 13 guests. If you are interested, please just ask.

The barn, located between Le Boulou and Argelès, at the foot of the Albera, has kept its stones and its old charm. It is located near the sandy beach and the rocky coast towards Collioure, near Spain, ideal for discovering the region. This accommodation, in a barn adjoining ours, is not intended to host parties and gatherings. It is designed in a family home spirit, perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends, 4 people maximum.
