Holiday rentals with a patio in Sottomarina

We spent nine days in the apartment and felt very comfortable. It is bright, spacious and has a beautiful roof terrace! Above all, the nearby good shopping opportunities are also practical. Would love to come back anytime!

Apartment equipped with all the essentials as it should be for short stays (shampoo, shower foam, soap, oil, salt, etc.) when in reality they are few to be attentive to the needs of "sailors". Everything is super clean and comfortable, there is even a washing machine with its soap and a drying rack. Recommended, we will definitely be back!

Giacomo was very helpful in flexible check-in as we arrived around the end of the check-in timeframe, we could simply pick up the keys from another location nearby. The flat is located very centrally and going around the city from there is very easy. The flat is welcoming and was clean, good amenities, and a little outside area. I recommend Giacomo and this flat.

We really liked staying at Fabio's apartment. It was very quiet and comfortable. It was very close to Rialto bridge as well as the San Silvestro ferry boat stop. We found the location perfect to explore the city, by foot or boat. It's a much smaller city than I realized. There were great places to eat just 2 min from the apartment, as well as shops and gelato!

I really enjoyed my stay at Monica and Giuseppe's apartment. Everything was extremely clean, organized and spacious. Monica and Giuseppe were incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible with my check-in, which made the experience even more seamless. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and it is clear they put a lot of care and effort into ensuring a comfortable stay. I had such a beautiful and memorable experience. Highly recommend staying here!!

There were three of us in the property for three days. The property is very modern and well-equipped. Parking on the property was also very good. Ilaria always responded very quickly if you had any questions.

Casa Lova is a little gem! A very well maintained apartment in the heart of Sottomarina, with everything you need. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are very comfortable (for me it is essential to rest well!) and the bathrooms in the rooms are a plus. The place is close to the sea, shops, supermarket, and pharmacy. Bars and restaurants are also very close and great. You can forget the car throughout your stay! Laura was really very kind, responsive and available. Check-in was easy thanks to the super detailed instructions, even accompanied by explanatory videos! We had a great time, we hope to be back soon!

Leo was a great host, precise in providing us with directions and quick to respond when we needed some clarification. We have stayed in many different Airbnbs in Venice over the years and this one didn’t disappoint. Full of character and charm, loved the altana (balcony) with a lovely view. The location is perfect, very quiet even in a busy period like Easter and walking distance to all the the main attractions. Thank you and we hope to come back soon.

Stay here!!! THE BEST airbandb in Venice. We cannot say enough good things about this airbandb - its PERFECT! The host, Massimo, is so helpful - he arranged the taxi for our arrival and departure, was super flexible, gave us tips and showed us his place. The place: AMAZING!! renovated in a perfect quiet area but close to everything - We will be back -- Definitely more than recommend :-)

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. We were hesitant about staying on the Lido at first, worried it would be complicated to get to and from Venice, but it ended up being super nice! The boats were fast, frequent and easy to use, even late at night. Allesandro was a great host, always answering all of our questions and happy to help. The place itself was spacious and clean, just a short walk to the beach and downtown area. We drove to Venice and it was very nice to be able to park right next to the apartment for free in a safe neighborhood.

Christian’s place wa exactly as advertised- clean and beautiful. It was the perfect place for my family of four. The rooftop patio was a great place to sit and read or just take in some quiet time. Christian was very responsive to our questions and had suggestions for pretty much anything in Venice. I would absolutely stay here again.

Veronica's apartment is located at the end of Corso Garibaldi, it has a terrace overlooking a canal with a wonderful view, it is very comfortable to visit the Biennale Gardens and the Arsenal. It's a bit far from the station. Veronica was super available about check-in and checkout. The apartment is large. My group and I stayed comfortably in 8 people. Everything was clean and tidy. Nothing was missing. I recommend everyone stay in Veronica's apartment, especially the Venice Biennale.

Our recent stay in Piove di Sacco was a delightful experience. The apartment was charming and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and authentic local feel. The location was perfect for exploring the town, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a genuine and comfortable base to explore Piove di Sacco and the surrounding Veneto region.

Five stars for the apartment and six stars for the host team. This is a lovely remodeled apartment in the center of the historic district. Chioggia is small, so easy access to all areas and Sottomarina on foot. Bathroom isn’t shown in photos but is new with modern shower. Renovations are tastefully done without sacrificing the original layouts. Rooms are large and layout is simple. Furnishings and decorations are very well done; homey without feeling like you’re intruding on someone else’s space. The host team was extremely hospitable. Met us and walked us to the unit. This was appreciated, but the unit is not difficult to find. Small touches, like a snack and bottle of Prosecco were waiting for us when we arrived. They even gave us a ride to the Chioggia cruise dock when we were leaving. The hosts struck the perfect balance between hospitality and privacy. This was a very good experience for us. The unit is well worth the cost. We would stay here again.
