The place is in a great location if you’re looking to stay in Sidi Bou Said. I stayed in the apartment on the third floor, which might be a bit challenging for elderly guests due to the stairs, but it's a great option for travelers on a budget or young couples. The price is reasonable, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including an iron, cookware, microwave, and more. I didn’t use the oven during my 4-day stay, but everything else met my needs. Overall, I was happy with my experience and would recommend it.

if we're talking about accommodation it's really more than perfect, everything's nickel, everything's clean, it's much better than the photos and really we were very happy, excellent in every sense, hygiene, equipment and a life on garden and beautiful pool, it's accessible for the elderly and young, I personally give them 20 out of 10, everything's great and everything's clean, thank you for the welcome and for the stay

We really enjoyed staying at Adnane's and I highly recommend it. The place is large and very nice plus it was clean and tidy. Adnane was very responsive and helpful, from the day I reserved the place until we left. He, and his Brother Tahar, really made us feel at home away from home. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and safe. It was my birthday week and Adnane made a really sweet gesture of sending a nice bouquet on the day of our arrival. He also had a lemonade and some sweets for us the day we left. Like I mentioned earlier, I really recommend the place and Adnane as a great host.

Your mom was lovely by offering us several homemade dishes, a gesture that deeply touched us. Thanks to your hospitality, we spent three very pleasant weeks, discovering the capital, going out to restaurants and amusement parks. Once again, thank you for everything. Mahdi’s place was a home away from home! We booked the studio too! It was sparkling clean and had everything you need during your stay as a family. Safa welcomed us when we arrived and left us with some water, bread, cakes and other stuff for breakfast :) she showed us around both of the properties and recommended some great places to eat and visit. She was super responsive on whats app and kept in touch during our stay! The kids enjoyed the apartment and sidi bou said! Our apartment was a 2 min walk to the busy street with the shops and food spots. The popular cafe des delices was a 4-5 min walk and walking down to the beach took about 20 mins. The location was perfect and it was a safe neighbourhood. I even made some cat friends and left them bowls of water outside :) thank you to Mahdi for letting us check out later since we had a night flight! I would love to visit again :)

we had a great stay at this lower villa with garden with your feet in the water! a beautiful and peaceful residential area à la marsa. the house is very spacious and well decorated. everything was perfectly clean. 100% recommend!

This place is immaculate. It's clean, tidy and well equipped/furnished. It's a new and high standard build. Felt right at home from the start. Underground reserved parking is practical. Internet is ok. Clean linens and towels. Building is clean. Host is friendly and accomodating. Fancy neighborhood, walking distance from all amenities.

I want to thank SLIM for his hospitality and availability, arriving at the airport I already find a text from him asking if I arrived. Very flexible and gives you the feeling that it's there to make sure you have a good stay. For the accommodation, it is in a private residence, clean, quiet, well-equipped and shops are nearby. Conclusion, I confirm and I will make the same choice next time.

Nice welcome, efficient communication, flexible as to arrival time, simple and efficient check-in, always available to provide us with the necessities (example: toilet paper, etc.). I will definitely take over this accommodation in the future.

I had a very good stay in the apartment. Communication was very seamless. Mo's mom also cooked me several Tunisian dishes and obviously delicious! The room is spacious, clean, well equipped. The garden is beautiful with fruit trees and jasmine. The neighborhood is quiet. You can find a first grocery store within 10 minutes, and taxis quickly on the road to Carthage. I highly recommend this host.

We had a perfect stay at Mohamed’s place. The residence was spacious and clean, and the location is absolutely great, as well as the neighborhood. You have everything you need in a walking distance. Mohamed was extremely helpful and a great host. Would definitely come back.
