Holiday rentals with beach access in South-East Melbourne

Great little place with everything you need, including a washing machine, good WiFi and a comfy bed. Location was great, close to the waterfront and just minutes to the centre of Frankston. Busses are close by also. Tim was a great host, very flexible and made me feel welcome. Thanks.

Sandra's place was the perfect relaxation destination. The views were spectacular and the serenity of the surroundings was so so lovely. It was quiet and peaceful yet getting to the town of San Remo was super easy - a very short drive or a lovely 30-40 min walk. The nearby restaurants were all great - the meals at the Westernport Hotel or the San Remo Hotel-Motel were top notch as was the pizza at the Little Pizza Shop. Sandra's place was clean and very comfortable and having coffee pods available and a coffee machine was very much appreciated!! My husband and I and our little dog had the best time.

An amazing accommodation, so close to the beach! Very clean and cosy, whilst also being light and airy with the sea breeze coming through. Janette is an absolutely wonderful host with quick and easy communication, can't wait to stay again!

Sofia was a great host, her communication was timely, friendly and clear. Her care for her apartment was clear in that it was clean, crisp and welcoming with some goodies much appreciated in the fridge on arrival. The views directly across from the ocean was such a bonus. Fresh clean linen was very welcome, with nice fluffy pillows and comfy couch. Cool air conditioning also appreciated. Fully stocked kitchen ammenities and including bathroom: all spotless making me feel right at home. Easy access to beach front, just across the road! Short brisk walk to pier and main restaurants, although the Salt fish and chippery downstairs and around the provided amply for my meal needs! Delicious burghers cooked to my liking. Overall, a happy visit and one I hope to frequently repeat. Thank you, Sofia. x

After a small hiccup checking in, Richard and the team were super quick to respond to us, and super helpful. The house was lovely and clean, with comfortable beds. Great location with easy beach access at the end of the court, with a great spot for swimming. Cowes only a short drive away. I wold be happy to book with Richard again!

Beautiful house near to everything just few minutes away from the beach. Nice and spacious living area with a pristine kitchen and central fireplace. We felt right at home from entering. The house is filled with sunlight giving cosy vibe. Ian was proactive in the communication and very accommodating, overall a wonderfull host! Would definitely try to come back!

Such a beautiful home, the whole house was perfect for our visit. Very comfy beds, great outdoor area which was beautiful to sit out during the day and night. Well equipped kitchen and amazing shower! Our boys loved the cubby house and all the toys. The kids bedroom was perfect! Narelle was really helpful checking in to see if we needed a portacot and high chair. Our dog felt like a queen in the dog bed! Thanks for having us!

Amazing little house right opposite the beach. Perfect Pet Friendly accommodation with a lovely secure yard. Our labradors loved it. Walk over to the beach with a dog beach area. Easy Walk into town centre for shops. House was neat and clean and Nick was a fabulous and responsive Host. This is my new favourite holiday destination!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beach house. Julia and Marcus were proactive, responsive and friendly. Instructions were clear from the start. Property was as expected - roomy, comfortable, clean and in a wonderful location. Walking distance to the front beach, surf club, Lon Spa and just across the road from the back beach. So lovely to be able to hear the waves every day and was in a lovely neighborhood. We were very comfortable and all amenities mentioned were provided for. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again. Highly recommend, thank you Julia and Marcus!

Had a fantastic stay at Dr. Fred’s apartment in Southbank. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for our Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and also walkable to Albert Park if needed. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again for future Grand Prix trips!

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

Selina's place is beautiful, well kept and well stocked! In a superb location too. Incredibly responsive. Gym and pool were amazing and opened nice and early at 6am so we could get some morning exercise in :). Only small downside is the internet connection was not the most stable however we weren't at home all too often. Would recommend!

Perfect accommodation and location for our needs. Train station was opposite, only 45 minutes into Flinders St Station. Beach was 2 minute walk. Shops behind the train station. Perfect.

Place was clean and conveniently located with private parking and great views.

This is such a charming retreat, with a beautiful view. Beautiful neighborhood and close to beaches and hiking. I am particularly appreciative of design/aesthetics and this place has obviously been very thoughtfully created. Beautiful.
