Holiday rentals with a pool in South-East Melbourne

This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. We stayed at Melibee House with my husband, two young kids, and in-laws. The location was lovely: close enough to decent restaurants and beaches, but in a peaceful and safe location. The heated pool got a workout by my two young kiddos all weekend, and we appreciated being able to swim and play in our own private space. My mother-in-law is not able to walk far, or be outside for long periods of time, so this was the perfect summer getaway for her to be with her grandkids while also letting them be active and outdoors! We would love to come back to Melibee House again.

House is large, very light, big windows opening to the deck as in the photo. Open plan, large kitchen, dining, lounge.Bedroom configuration excellent.2en suites and 3rd bathroom for2 bedrooms, one has 4 bunk beds , ideal for kids Outside en-suite really nice, private, opens onto the garden. Bring slippers, only bedrooms are carpeted Hot water fast and hot. Miele appliances. Large fridge/freezer. Good induction plate, plenty of cupboard space. Variety of cooking equipment, generous supply of cutlery, crockery, glassware etc. Large laundry/dryer Kids toy drawer and table tennis in the garage. Aircon efficient, zoned. Internet connection good Unfortunately due to rain we didn’t take advantage of the BBQ on the deck. Pool is clean and secured. Bj was super responsive to my questions and very friendly.Wine and chocs a nice welcome gift. He kindly allowed us to enter early and leave later than times listed which was really appreciated. A pleasant stay, recommended, especially for families

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Had a wonderful time here. Jane is a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful during booking, and throughout our stay. The house is magnificent, very comfortable, and all the amenitities as described to make our stay comfortable. The pool and spa was perfect, and water was crystal clear. The balcony was so peaceful to sit out and enjoy a quiet coffee. The kitchen was well equiped for us to cook at home, and although the stove gas pressure was not strong, was complemented by an excellent Weber bbq with side burner on the deck. Of note, for dog owners, the outside is not fully fenced in, which is fine for our indoor dog, but just FYI. Also the spiral stairs to second level are quite steep so we just needed to ensure the top of the stairs was blocked off for our toddler with luggage, but important for those with young kids or elderly. Our group of 10 had a very enjoyable stay and wouldnt hesitate to book again.

Kelli's home was peaceful, private and clean. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a great stay at this house. The backyard/entertainment area was perfect for our family. The pool was the perfect temperature. Anthony was a great host, any questions we had he answered promptly and even came to the property to fix the BBQ whilst we were there. Very happy with our stay

Lovely accommodation, modern but in keeping with the surroundings. good facilities. Very handy for sight seeing around Philip Island with a great pool area to relax

What a gem with the best view.We came here for the formula 1.Sadly we could only get tickets for one day..So happy we stayed in this appartment. My husband could watch the race in this beautiful appartment ( we could even see the track in the distance).And I could go shopping, all the shops are near.The appartment has a nice kitchen and comfortable bathroom.The beds are good and the view is amazing. I would stay here again and highly recomend. Henfry is very friendly and does everything to make the stay even more comfortable. Thank you Henfry

Andrew’s place was great for a weekend in Melbourne. Walking distance to the CBD and plenty of cafes. Very clean apartment with lots of extras that were very appreciated, snacks and lollies!! Andrew was very descriptive and helpful, his instructions were very clear and thorough. The rooftop pool is beautiful, we loved staying there!

Had a fantastic stay at Dr. Fred’s apartment in Southbank. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for our Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and also walkable to Albert Park if needed. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again for future Grand Prix trips!

My husband and self enjoyed 3 nights at this airbnb and highly recommend. The apartment had a really cosy feel, was clean and welcoming. The hosts communication was on point. The views are incredible, especially at night. We really enjoyed the facilities, and had a sauna each morning to start our day. The location is excellent. We will be back.

will definitely stay here again. flexible check in / check out. Daniela is responsive, friendly and welcoming. we walked in to a hand written note, chocolates and a bottle of wine we felt instantly at home. Apartment is beautiful and clean.

We had a very pleasant time thanks to the cleanness and the room with everything we needed.Responding to questions was always quick and reassuring.I was also happy with the warmth and thoughtful touches such as tea and sweets.Anyway, the location was great, and it was very convenient in front of the sky bus station, train station, supermarket, etc.If I ever go to Melbourne again, I'd love to come back!Thank you very much.

Colin was an excellent host. Communication was great, he even opend the appartement for us prior to the usual checkin time. We had a perfect week at his place and can absolutely recommend it.
