Monthly Rentals in South Yarra

Check in was super easy, car parking was very convenient. In a great spot just off Chapel Street and very quiet as it was not facing the road. Would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ben & Murray's place. I visit Melbourne once a year and stay either in Toorak or South Yarra. B&M's place is the best I have stayed in so far (and apart from one incident, I have enjoyed all my stays). The location is excellent, and the apartment is tastefully decorated with meticulous attention to details. Being a corner apartment, It has windows on two sides. Although I did not have a parking spot - and hence did not rent a car - I found it very easy get around using public transport and Uber from time to time. Needless to stay the location of the apartment could not be better in terms of restaurants and ease of transport.

The stay was make especially pleasant by the well appointed kitchen, comfortable king size bed and ample seating areas. The location is close a bustling bar and entertainment area on Toorak and within a longer walk to Chapel Street entertainment district. Those of some age or with infirmities may wish to consider that the building is located on an uphill road and accessible via stairway to the second floor. Ample parking is provided. We would likely stay again,

The highlights of this place are the location and view. The bed is comfortable. The shower excellent. But we loved sitting on the deck watching the hot air balloons come in over the city as the sun rose. And it was so conveniently located; we were able to walk to the botanical gardens in the morning and to Chapel St for dinner at night.
