Monthly Rentals in Southbury

John’s place was the perfect respite for our multi-day stay! The clean and cozy space is perfectly situated close to trails and parks for our Australian shepherd, but only a short drive to all the shopping you’d need (e. g. ShopRite for groceries and necessities). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and know you will too!

great place, nice and quiet. it really felt like it's own place even though its attached to the main house.

I only stayed here one night but would have been very comfortable staying multiple nights. This was a quiet place to stay not far from a market and restaurants. Charles was very responsive and provided lots of good information on the place (like which switches worked which lights). The place had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable.

I believe this is our 4th or 5th visit here. We finally got to meet Mijail. What a great couple. We come back here because we really like staying there and it is so convenient to our daughter's house nearby. And its so nice to get away after a day with the grandkids. Pop a bottle of wine and unwind. We enjoyed the ceiling fan on arrival day as it was hot outside, but nice and cool inside. There is a big TV, but in all the stays we were there, we never once turned it on. Two energetic grandkids is exhausting. So its nice to retreat. This place is very private up on a hill. We never hear any neighbors. We will be back again.
