Events causing a nuisance are prohibited. No disturbance during the day or at night will be tolerated.

Apartment in a characterful villa located in the Balmoral district, above the town of Spa (3 km) and 12 km from the Circuit de Francorchamps. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and offers a magnificent view of the valley.
