We had an awesome stay at the Carmen Cottage. Cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the great view of the Indian River from our front porch. Perfect spot for our morning coffee. Our other favorite spot was the nice big dock with comfy chairs. My husband enjoyed fishing from the dock. He caught a few different species of fish. We saw dolphins, sharks and manatees from the dock. The owner is so friendly and kind. The grounds are so colorful with a large variety of landscaping plants. We had a wonderful and memorable time and have already booked another stay for next year. The suggestion to check out The Old Fish House was much appreciated. They have the best food at reasonable a price. We ordered the shrimp and mahi-mahi. Both were the best we have ever had. Can’t wait to go back next year. I also want to mention how Pam was instrumental in assisting us in changing a reservation to extend our stay at Carmen. 👍 Overall great experience!

Loved my stay at Annie and Robs cute tiny home. The bed is insanely comfy and I appreciated the delicious coffee for the mornings. The surroundings were beautiful and so relaxing. It was peaceful and the perfect place to relax and get some work done. The internet worked great. I loved all the animals on property and enjoyed peaceful mornings on the swing. Rio coffee near by quickly became a favorite — suggested in the cute welcome packet.

This place is in such a great location. Walking distance to most of the Cocoa Beach Attractions, including the Pier. Stayed in the Duplex, it was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here with my bff - we had such a blast. We both prefer a unique place to stay with character, and the Cottage was just that. We loved how close it was to the beach and also very walkable to shops/coffee/restaurants (we didn’t have a car and managed fine!). We were also obsessed with the outdoor shower and hammock. Overall, very dreamy, unique, and peaceful place to stay. The hosts were very responsive and everything was clear and friendly. Great experience! I would highly recommend for those looking for a sweet and chill place with character.

It was a perfect place to stay that was easy to access and happened to only be 5 mins from my cousin who was driving me around so it worked out perfect. I never tried the pool out but it looked nice and clean. Ashley was quick to respond to each message I sent.

The tiny house is located in a beautiful, peaceful, and picturesque place. I spent a few wonderful days there and would gladly return. Very hospitable and helpful hosts. Everything was perfect!

The amenities made our stay a fun experience! The host helped us is many ways as well. If you’re looking to wind down a busy beach day with a quiet and private area, definitely recommend this place!

The location is beautiful and a short drive to attractions; the owner is quick to respond and incredibly helpful. This tiny home is just as pictured and feels very private with luxurious features. My wife and I ended up lounging around the deck and yard our first full day in town. Next time we’re in Orlando we’re staying here again!

I’ve stayed in several campers all over the USA, and this was the BEST. The hosts are super thoughtful and provide everything you can imagine. Beds were so cozy, and everything was super clean. They are super kind people that I really enjoyed talking to and they live in such a nice, quiet neighborhood. We will be back again if we ever go through the Melbourne area and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for an Endless Summer!!!

Julissa tiny home was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely patient, responsive, kind and helpful. Everything worked and the pictures she provided were included at the house! When I come back to visit I will definitely be checking to see if her tiny home is available again!

We recently stayed at this Airbnb and were instantly charmed! The moment we saw it from the outside, we knew it was going to be a cozy and well-put-together place. Every nook and cranny was spotless, and this tiny (but not too tiny!) home had everything we needed. The bathroom was huge, and the upstairs was as cozy and comfortable as it gets. The host was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to stay at this little oasis again!

The tiny house is super cute and clean. It smelled brand new walking in. It had everything you need including clean towels. The water got nice and hot for showers. I do recommend arriving during day light for its pretty dark being fairly remote. It was just me and my small pup so the space worked well. Bring a few good flashlights to help you if you venture out after dark. She does provide some kurig coffee. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The surrounding neighborhood is nice. The homes are on several acres with dirt roads. I enjoyed taking my pup for a run. There’s one other tiny home and an RV, at this time, on the owner’s lot. She may be adding some more in the future I’m not sure. She swing by once on her ATV to check on me as I was outside, and she is very friendly. It’s kinda like a campground spot. It is a good ways from town so plan for that. It’s a place to get away. I would stay here again.

My parents and I loved the container casitas. The whole experience was pleasant. We loved walking the property and appreciating the the beauty of animals and nature. 🙏🏼❣️

What a treasure rustic beautifully basic and you swim in peace with birds singing ocean breeze and magnificent rockets to turn it up a notch T-Minus blast off!! Unmatched simplicity and beauty. What a dream!!

If you are looking to disconnect from the hustle of city life, even just for a day, this off-grid tiny home is the perfect retreat. The host, Andrea, was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions. My husband and I enjoyed a guided tour of the farm (thank you, Jim!), where we tasted fresh berries, cherries, guava, and nisperos—picking ripe fruit straight from the trees was such a treat! We also had access to the lake, relaxing on the dock while watching a breathtaking sunset. This stay was truly a refreshing experience, and we can't wait to return!

I highly recommend Barry as a host. He is the kindest person and I had everything I needed. Barry is super responsive and attentive to his guests needs. I will definitely be back to stay soon! The cottage is simply perfect and just a 3 min walk to the beach.

Clear Landing was the perfect getaway! Hosted by Kathleen, this charming Airbnb is nestled on 2 acres of land within 53,000 acres of forest, offering ultimate privacy and coziness. Our dog had plenty of room to run and play, and the space was impeccably clean and well-organized. Kathleen truly thought of everything—wine, lotion, pads, extra sheets—making it feel like home. Plus, it's conveniently located near a public area with countless trails and spring waters, which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. Highly recommend for a peaceful and adventure-filled stay!

The stay at Omayra’s house was excellent. The house was clean and organized, very cozy. Omayra and her husband were very attentive and assisted us quickly when we needed, especially considering it was Christmas. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy place.
