Holiday rentals with a kayak in Spain

We had a great weeks stay at Maria’s place. The accommodation was exactly as described and pictured, and was absolutely spotlessly clean. We loved that we could walk to a couple of small local beaches and so many more just a short drive away - lots with great beach bars (although a lot not yet open as April is a bit early in the season!). We recommend a car to get around as not many restaurants within walking distance. We visited some wonderful places but especially recommend a trip to the Cies Islands if you can! The house was a perfect size for our family of 4 and we loved having the outdoor space. The whole place felt very safe and secure as well with the locked gate and Maria was a very kind and responsive host.

I would like to thank the hospitable owners of this house, we felt during our vacation as if we were visiting this wonderful family. Very cozy, there is more than it can be necessary, thought out everything to the smallest detail, there are items for entertainment and recreation at home and on the beach, bicycles, tennis equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are all the necessary textiles for relaxation. The house is in an incredible location on the beach, incredible views and a beautiful beach with the cleanest sea. We are very grateful to you, we would like to come back again. With love from Russia ♥️

If you want a place with a lovely pool and a really great view.... then you have to book this! The outdoor space is especially great, we had a great time here with 2 families. Kitchen could have been cleaned a little better, but maybe that also had to do with the chaos surrounding the power outage in Spain. View you do it for, even better than in the photos! And really nice that the house is so well equipped, even all the beach gear and canoes available. Anna was very quick to respond and was a nice contact person.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

This isn't just a holiday home, it's a real family home away from home. We've been here before and we'll definitely be back. Maria is a great host. Everything was all set for us and the villa's even been upgraded with new appliances, bedding and outdoor furniture. The view is still fantastic, and Portocolom is cute and peaceful. We give it five stars!

We were very comfortable at Casa Carlota. A very cozy house, in a very beautiful setting. In addition, Carlota has taken care of us very well at all times, providing all the information we needed. We will definitely be back.

We had an exceptional stay at this villa! Everything went perfectly from start to finish. Abe was a great host, very welcoming and always available. The house was superb, perfectly maintained, with a swimming pool that made the whole family happy. We had a friendly and warm time, in an ideal setting to gather with family. Abe didn't hesitate to give us valuable advice throughout the stay, which really enriched our experience. We recommend this property without a second thought and hope to come back soon!

The marble house is a super cozy and beautiful place. It was definitely a great stay and Silvia (the host) was excellent. We will be back for sure and I highly recommend it!!

We had a great time at this lovely blue house in the historic center. The place is peaceful and quiet, ideal for recharging in the evening, especially on the pretty terrace located on the roof of the house. Communication with Giulia is perfect, very responsive, Giulia is thoughtful. We recommend this place and will be happy to go back.

We really liked them. Everything was good and clean.

We had a great time in Ardales. Our highlight was the pool and it looks even better than in the photos. There are eight sunbeds, an outdoor shower and the surroundings are covered in artificial grass. The house had everything that is necessary for a group stay and a lot of beautiful areas to sit and relax. Unfortunately, the lake is not there anymore and the surrounding area is really dry due to a lack of rain. However, there are lakes in the area to do water activities to make up for it and swimming in the pool was our favorite activity anyway. The contact to José was helpful and informative. We would definitely come back.

Everything is very clean,many details and very good and Antonio is very attentive and showing a lot of interest,a place to recommend without a doubt.

We had a great few days. The place is perfect for two people and the surroundings are beautiful for walking and enjoying beautiful sunsets. Ideal for disconnecting.

​We had a 5-day stay at this rustic cottage in nature. If you're looking for a retreat surrounded by birdsong and greenery, this is the perfect spot. It truly feels like an escape into nature. That said, a car is needed, as the nearest town is a drive away and the last approx. 2 km of road is not smooth. The access to the cottage from the road might not be suitable for everyone—there are steep, winding stairs & uneven surfaces, so it’s something to consider for guests with limited mobility. Jens & Sarah were ​very good hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was excellent, making it a great option for remote workers, though the lighting indoors is ​ somewhat dim, so plan accordingly if you need a well-lit space to work. Being immersed in nature also means you may encounter insects or mosquitoes, so come prepared—but that’s part of the experience in such a beautifully natural setting. All in all, a peaceful and authentic getaway in nature.

Ivan was very attentive and very kind, even he got us a new barbecue because he knew we were going to use it for many people. The views of the house are a dream, the garden is huge and there is a lot of tranquility and privacy. We had a great time.

Everything very correct , the cabin is perfectly isolated from the rain and cold and the bed that for us is important was up to par.

The cabin is basic but comfortable, the place super quiet. To go with children it is great since a few meters Francisco has the activity park in the heart of nature. Francisco and his family made it easier for us to stay both with the treatment and with the instructions and facilities; we felt right at home. What we needed has made it easier for us immediately and has been very helpful with us; in addition to the patience you have with the kids. It was always available. We are very grateful

Our stay there was perfect. Really cozy cabin in the nature, but still very close to the beach and the cities!

Very nice everything and in front of the river, a lot of tranquility and space to disconnect, the bungalows are very nice and have their charm inside, it is very close to the village, as you can walk, where there are many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Inside the campsite there is also a pool and a bar that is quite good with some very nice owners and very cheap price to eat. Maya and Didac the owners of the campsite very nice and Campechanos and the truth is that when we asked for something Didac has not had any problem giving it. We went with our two dogs and they really enjoyed it a lot. We liked it so much that we had an extra night. Definitely if we come back in this area we would go back to this campsite.

The huge grounds of the finca are like an enchanted forest with atmospheric lanterns, great places to eat and rest, a small river and direct access to the Ria. The cottage itself is simple and rather small for four but we had everything we needed and the cottage smells great like wood. We had a lot of food from Luis (fresh fruit, coffee, cake, etc.). The outdoor kitchen by the water was awesome. You can just tell at every turn how much love Luis puts into the finca! Luis provides kayaks with which you can explore the Ria and get to various beautiful beaches. Torrelavega is nearby and a lively, beautiful city. The labyrinth in Villapresente is highly recommended! The best part about the house is undoubtedly the host himself! We got along very well with Luis and had a few really cozy hours by the campfire and eating fish (thank you!). It was really a fantastic, unforgettable stay

The truth that the cabin was practically new and despite being very compact, everything is very well distributed for two people, but I would not recommend more. It's true that some plastic materials don't seem to be very durable, but the weather will tell. You also have to understand that we are in the middle of the countryside practically and there are spiders and bugs hovering. I would recommend going equipped with an insecticide, and not opening the door or windows at night with the light on. It was a shame that the climbing facilities were not open because I wanted to try it. Ricardo was attentive and willing to solve any problem at all times.

Thank Eduardo and Ana as they have the accommodation, both the outdoor area and the interior of the cottage. It is very welcoming and warm. And they are very friendly, facilitating maps of the area and advising what to see and what to do. We will repeat again
