Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Spanaway

The house was very comfortable and well kept up with a mid-century modern vibe. The beds and linens were very nice too! The location is perfect if you have a student at UPS and central to get to other local attractions. There is some noise that carries from the guests/residents below, but to be expected in an older home and Reece was very responsive about any concerns.

The Riverhouse is a true gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and the location is ideal for some great restaurant dining. It was so relaxing to be able to sit on the deck and enjoy the river. We look forward to visiting again soon Rich and Melissa are great hosts.

Great location, away from the noise and allowing restful sleep. Love the different bed options to accommodate different needs. Having a shower pan with built-in anti-slip, a removable shower head, along with multiple grab bars, is important and greatly appreciated!

Great place to stay. The beds were comfy and there are 2 nice bath tubs. The pillows were a little big so if you like small pillows remember to bring your own. The train is very close. It didn't bother us because we live close to a train but if you are not used to trains you might want to bring ear plugs. The loveseats in the living room are great. We really enjoyed turning on the fire and relaxing after a long day at Sew Expo.

Such a great place an awesome view from the master bedroom and the deck outside. In a nice little private, peaceful area. With a great host who was responsive to any questions 10/10. Thank you for letting us stay at your home. :)

What a perfect place to stop over for a few nights. Comfortable and the sauna was just the added bonus.

Need a place in a pinch because of the storm and losing power locally at home. This house was extremely spacious and clean. Plenty of room for kids and additional family members if needed. Great fenced yard for the pets too. Our family enjoyed the warm fire and thoughtful amenities.

This is our third stay with Jeffrey and Linda ... so that should pretty much say everything. It is a great little space. Always clean and comfortable. For those who think you need a big space to enjoy your time, this probably isn't for you. It is small (I prefer "cozy"). But it's just the right size for the two of us. Everything is in great condition. There is attention to detail--and love the electric fireplace, both for warmth when needed and for ambiance. And they provide instructions for everything--TV, fireplace, even the smoke detector. We will be back.

Our stay here was amazing. The beds were super comfortable (very important for me), the location was great and appeals to anyone from a nomadic hiker wanting to hit the pacific north west outdoors to a family with kids needing a place to stay stay for a season. There aren’t enough words allotted to explain how great our stay was here. The hosts were super generous, communicated well and helped with whatever we needed. It was close to everything we needed like grocery stores, parks for kids to play, and the scenic views of gig harbor. The place felt very tucked away and private even with the open window and having no blinds concept. We felt very safe here with our two kids. It came with a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils, plates, cooking ware that we could ever need. It was very clean and we had zero issues whatsoever. We would be glad to come back and stay here again if we ever find the need in the future. Thanks again for an amazing and restful stay!

This place was perfect. Close to the water. Peaceful with beautiful views. Close to Gig Harbor that has many cute stores, restaurants, and breweries. We would stay again!

Very quiet and a nice neighborhood, heard no traffic and felt right at home.

Stayed here a handful of times now, great location with many restaurants nearby. Space is well appointed with some complimentary snacks and coffee maker with pods. 10/10 will stay again.

This was our second long stay at Angela's place, which was our home away from for 3 weeks while visiting our son and his fiance who live nearby. I worked remotely from the home the whole time, and the internet worked fine once we established a wired connection to the router. Angela was very responsive to our needs and questions. In particular she provided a table that worked great for my workstation. She also helped out with a great laundry solution. We arrived in early spring as trees and flowers were just starting to bud, then got to witness the nicely landscaped front yard explode into color. The 6th Ave location was perfect for us, with many excellent restaurants and hip retail options within walking distance. We used the hot tub several times and loved the sense of private and peaceful hot tubbing in the midst of an urban hub.

Staying at Andy's Airbnb was fantastic! The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Andy was an exceptional host and always available to help. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Overall, a memorable experience—I highly recommend Andy's Airbnb!

Super beautiful view! Heated floors in bathrooms! Very spacious

Daughter and I stayed here and completely fell in love with the house. Very nice layout and roomy, if you are staying at this house more than 1 night plan to cook . Kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials to host a BBQ or family casserole night. This was our first AIR B&B stay anywhere and let me tell you it's worth the money. Privacy we were able to take our doggo. Truly enjoyed it, Side note and it is probably me but this home has all of its bedrooms upstairs and someone who has had knee replacement and needing hip and back surgery it took a moment to get up and down the stairs. But it was worth it.

Breathtaking property! The home transports you to the feeling of Spain or Italy! We stayed in this home while our home was renovated. The views are breathtaking, decor and vibe cozy, great amenities, and great host.
