Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

It has a one and a half square bed (140 cm x 190 cm) on the mezzanine, ideal for a person or a couple, also has a small armchair bed (70 cm x 180 cm) next to the kitchen. Not suitable for people with reduced motor skills (see images) or people of large size. Windows are thermo and sound-absorbing. Kitchen is well-equipped. Climate control. Heating. Sheets not ironed ;)
