You will be staying in a cozy eat-in kitchen and use a modern bathroom (incl. washing machine/dryer). From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. In just a few steps you are in the old village center of Scuol Sot and in the wellness and adventure pool 'Bogn Engiadina' or with the ski bus at the valley station of the mountain railways.

Nearby are the thermal baths, the city center, grocery stores, a pharmacy, several restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream parlors, cafes, tennis court ... Ideal starting point for walks and excursions.

The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The restaurants and shops are about 5 minutes away by car, about 20 minutes on foot. The large windows brighten the rooms and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!
