For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The Holiday apartment Kreuzeck comprises, one double bedroom, lounge, diner with double sofa bed, kitchen with full cooker, fridge,freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with separate shower. The double bed can be separated into two single beds by prior arrangement. Views to the Kreuzeck, Reisseck ranges. Quiet apartment in the heart of Obervellach

Our apartment is centrally located in the heart of Obervellach and is the ideal starting point for skiing, winter hiking, pony rides and nature experiences in the Mölltal – even for just one night. The apartment is on the ground floor and has two separate bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. We live on the top floor of the house. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

This unique property is located in the Hohe Tauern at 1000 m above sea level. Not only is the architectural style unique, but the view of the mighty mountains, lake and nature is simply beautiful! On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.

This nature house in Mörtschach, which is 100% self-sufficient in energy, was completely newly built in 2015 and is located in a sunny, quiet place. You will occupy the detached chalet all by yourself, privacy guaranteed! The interior is very cozily furnished. From the terrace, you have a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains.  The garden is enclosed all around, making it also good for families with children!
