Suitable for 2-4 people or a family with max. 2 children. A small balcony invites you to linger for the sun's rays in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Laundry room and private outdoor parking space are available. Public charging stations are nearby. Very central and yet located on the outskirts of town with an adjoining mountain trail.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. A stylish sauna and a heated hot tub with picturesque views complete the experience at the Unterkircher Chalet.

Room "Tiny Tenne" (+-15m²) in Lieser- Maltatal. Our mountain farmhouse is at an altitude of 1110m. Very centrally located between Katschberg & Lungau, Nockbergen, Gmünd, Seeboden & Millstättersee. Perfect as a stopover or to explore (Upper) Carinthia! We look forward to your visit! - Not suitable for tall/heavy people, we have nothing against tall/heavy people, but everything it is a bit more compact :) - Room not 100% finished yet, there are still a few sharp edges ;)

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

The alpine hut in the mountain paradise is located in the middle of the impressive Carinthian mountains and invites you to numerous hikes in the immediate vicinity. The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

This unique property is located in the Hohe Tauern at 1000 m above sea level. Not only is the architectural style unique, but the view of the mighty mountains, lake and nature is simply beautiful! On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.

Quiet alpine hut in the heart of the Carnic Alps

Driveway ONLY possible with our off-road vehicle and accompanying person. Then about 45 min walk to the hut. MUST BRING: sleeping bag (from 3 nights there is also the possibility to rent bedding), food, sturdy shoes IMPORTANT: Please let us know the arrival time one day in advance so that we can also plan the day to ensure a smooth arrival.
