Beachfront holiday rentals in Split

Thank you for a great stay, super location close to the beach and the center of Split, the apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. An additional advantage was the grocery store open 7 days a week in the same block and a pharmacy. We recommend.

Best location, best view, best rental I have ever stayed at in regards to having everything you need. Great bed, lots of hot water, groceries stores everywhere. We just really felt like we were home. When we come back next year if the rental is available we will definitely rent again.

Spacious apartment including everything you need. It’s was great we had a parking space because we really needed this. It is close to the beach 5 min walk and 15-20 min walk to the old town which is lovely to see and where the markets/ferries are. Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance. Pero was happy to assist when needed. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet. Split is a great city with lots to do and many nice restaurants. Would have loved to stay longer.

Davorka is a SUPER SUPER HOST!! She is so quick in responding to my queries and make so many local restaurants recommendations.. which we went and not only enjoyed the food, but also the beautiful sea view. Her home is squeaky clean and she provides everything in the kitchen. She even provides us with some wine and bread. So generous!! Her home is exactly what you see from the pics . I will strongly recommend anyone to choose her home if you are visiting Split!!

The stay was very successful, Mirka is very helpful and contactable. The place is unique and the view from the deck is unique. The town is small and charming, several nice restaurants, a pharmacy, a grocery store, a meat shop, a bakery. The access is indeed a narrow street, but there is no drama because I saw the courier pass by a big bus and fit easily. We're so glad we spent these few days at Mirka's place. We will remember this stay for a long time.

We had a wonderful stay. The Airbnb was close to the old town and the pier and Daniela gave us many helpful recommendations. The place was perfect for the four of us.

The amenities were very good, there were more amenities than you saw in the pictures, for example the washing machine (may also be that we had overlooked it in advance). All in all, it was a great place to stay

What a beautiful place to stay! The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable and the pool is perfect. The view is incredible and the location was perfect for us, just a very short walk to a fabulous beach with crystal clear sea. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly too. There are two historic towns to visit by boat so no car needed. The children gave it 5 stars too, we would definitely return.

nice little house and the pool is very good. All necessary toiletries, kitchen and linen are included. Kristian the son is very responsive and very kind. The house is next to a river. Shops nearby.

There were four of us and it was a perfect fit with each of our bedroom and attached bathroom. The hosts have great recommendations and are super helpful if anything is missing. We had local dinner with them one night, it was really cozy. There is shopping close by, also within walking distance, it goes you a little up/down the hill, so it's not for everyone to walk. We recommend a car so it is possible to get around. However, we also used Uber and it worked perfectly. It is possible to walk further up the road - a good distance - and enjoy the view. At the end of the road is the beach and there is a cafe that serves good coffee (they have food in the summer). If you follow the path along the beach, to the right, another cafe and a bit further comes her, a really good restaurant. Can definitely recommend the place.

Short stay in Split with two kids - the apartment was perfect for our needs! Fully equipped kitchen, short walk to the beach and the bus station, which takes you directly down-town, and of course the pool for a short swim in the afternoon. Paola helped ous with all of our questions and was an amazing host! 100% recommended!

We had a great stay. Marije had a great welcome for us, with refreshments and also shared really useful tips for our holiday. The apartments were very clean, modern and quiet, with hot tub, along with a lovely pool (pool shared but quiet). The apartment really had everything we needed. Also, very convenient to local shop (2 mins) and the beach is a short walk with many nice local restaurants nearby. Split is 15 minutes in taxi, which was great. We were happy to be in Podstrana, which is quieter. We had a wonderful holiday!

What a hidden gem. Mario was flexible for us to leave our bags as we arrived early on the day of arrival. He was very responsive throughout our stay, with recommendations and any help we needed with the villa. The villa is exactly like the photos and is very private. We walked into Split Centre along the coast road which took an hour and had numerous cafes and beaches along the way. Ubers were efficient and plentiful and helped us to get us around. €7 to get into the heart of split/old town. Do not use local taxis! we were charged €47 for a journey that cost us €7 in an uber!! The villa has a perfect layout for two couples or families and we loved the two different sides to keep things private. The kitchen was stocked every utensil.and cockery, etc you could think of, as well as the outside eating area and outside oven. The pool was spotless, with Mario coming to clean it, he contacted us first to see if it was convenient. There is also a little back gate down to the beach.

Elena's place is great to stay at while in Split. Less than 5 minutes of walk from old town and close to everything. Elena's proactive with communication, friendly, and kind. 10/10 will definitely stay at her place again if we are in Split.

The apartment was perfect for the 7of us, 4 adults and 3 children. Darko meet us on arrival, showed us around and gave some good advise and tips for our stay. And was then available for the rest of our stay via messenger for any queries we had, and help booking trips. The house was a great location, 67 seconds from the beach, as the kids timed it, and a further minute to a great beach bar. Podstrana was a great holiday destination, with all you could want from a beach location, with the added advantage of being so close to Split and the airport.

leann was easy to reach out and reassuring to not hesitate to reach out to her if anything is needed. she also have suggestions on how to get to her place from the port.

Large apartment especially since we were only 2 people, clean and well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine...), air-conditioned and quiet . It has a large quiet and covered terrace with sea view + parking. The bus to Split is 100 meters away as well as shops and especially the beach 🏖️ 👌👌 I recommend

I’ve been to Croatia countless times, and stayed all over the country along the coast. This place is perfect for families with little kids who want to avoid the long walk to the beach. A few stairs down and you’re at the beach. You have to be careful of the main road above and never let the kids outside without your supervision depending on age but overall the location and the place is perfect. Hard to find places like this that are available. Stipe is a great host and always helpful when needed

Very nice modern and clean apartment. Located near a beach, which must be very nice in the middle of summer. The road nearby didn't personally bother me at all to sleep. Ante was a very responsive and available host, thank you so much!

Bruno took care of everything in advance. Private transfer from the airport was great. Was received by the brother who showed me everything on site. Accommodation was cozy, everything available and clean. Everything is within walking distance. Beach/sea almost at your doorstep. Sound location. Gladly again.

This was the perfect spot for our 10 day visit . The beach is at the bottom of a flight of steps and the bus stop to Split is literally across the road. Got a little lost finding it in an Uber but the hosts came and found us ! They were very friendly and always there to help if we needed it . Highly recommend for beach and city break.
