Penthouse apartment next to town center with amazing view of the Diocletian Palace,port and marina. The Palace itself,1700 years old, is just a short 5 min walk from the apartment and its a certified UNESCO site. Filled with lots of small caffes and pitorescque restaurants it offers entertainment and Croatian cuisine at its best. Beaches are not far,a 15 min walk from the apartment at either side of the port. There is a supermarket on the ground floor and a pharmacy within 100m down the street.

Apartment is perfectly located, 50 meters from the beach. By uber it takes 10 minutes to the old town. It has beach vibe and mediterranean design. We provide extra baby cot and baby chair for families. We offer a private garage in the building, free of charge.

The apartment is just a 5 min walk from Split's center where you can visit the famous Diocletian Palace ( 1700 year old ) or take a bus (300 m) or ferry (300 m) to explore surrounding area ( islands of Brac, Hvar, Solta etc.) and close to the famous beach Bacvice (8 minutes by walk) . Shops, restaurants , clubs- everything is available within 5- 10 minutes by walk. In every room there is tv and air conditioned Public free parking is in front of apartment .
