The apartment is spacious and the specialty is a large private terrace (30 m2) in front of the apartment surrounded by greenery. You can enjoy the natural shade or the shade under the umbrella. Also you can park the car on the street for free or can park in my yard, so you can enjoy their vacation without worrying about your car. The area is ideal for swimming (7 minutes to the beach) , walking, biking, climbing and marine activities,or enjoy in a short walk to the old town along the seafront.

Although the house is not near the town center, a 15min drive will get to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy and all the facilites you might need.
