This apartment is situated in best position in Split in such calm area called Zvončac in entrance of nature hill Marjan full of trees and beaches. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. The apartment is in a quiet street 5 min walk to Diocletian palace/traditional green market "Pazar"/,"Riva"/harbour/central bus station... It's also 5min with Uber/taxi to city beach "Bačvice". Welcome to my apartment in the 17 century old Split, the capital of Dalmatia and the most beautiful city in Croatia. Apartment is located in a quiet position, 5 minutes walk from the Bacvica beach, 7 minutes to Ferry and Bus station and 10 minutes from the Diocletian´s Palace. Apartment has one bedroom, a living room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Air conditioning is in hallway, enough for all rooms. Apartment is comfortable for 2+2 people-families, couples and group of friends.

You walk out onto the roof top to the see main central tower that is St. Domnius in front of you! The apartments main wall is all glass, that can slide back to open the whole space up.
