Townhome holiday rentals in Split

The house was perfect, exactly as described. The location was right next to the beach and a short drive/bus to Split. Restaurant were amazing and very close walk away from the house. Couldn’t recommend Kresimir’s house enough! Can’t wait to come back again!!

Really lovely house set in a small village near to Split. Anthea was a friendly and responsive host who welcomed us on our arrival with a platter of local cheeses and ham and drinks. The apartment had everything that we could need for our stay and was spotlessly clean. The pool area was particularly gorgeous and we made good use of the poolside house for some of our meals. There is a small convenience store opposite the house and a few local restaurants. We had a car which made travelling around the area easy and would definitely recommend a ferry trip to Hvar (Fig restaurant was great) and Krka National Park - both Split & Trogir have good restaurants.

It was really amazing! We had a great time there. The appartment is really nice and the pool is a treat. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beach. I can really recommend it!

The apartment was neat and tidy. Everything was just like the pictures. The host is welcoming and always there when something needs. The location is in a quiet place, 3-4 minutes walk from the beach "First Water" and from the restaurant "Lučica". For every recommendation 10/10.

Adiona was very helpful and the location of the air bnb was less than 10 minutes away from the old town and the port so easy to do lots of activities.

Luka is an exceptional and thoughtful host, always easy to reach and consistently helpful throughout my stay. The apartment, though described as cozy, pleasantly surprised me by being more spacious than the photos suggest. The stunning stone wall adds a unique charm to the space, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot, humid summer days in Split. The location is unbeatable—close to everything you need yet peaceful enough for a restful stay. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Very friendly welcome, very clean room and bathroom. Perfect location in the middle of the old town, 5 minutes to the promenade, 10 minutes to the ferry. Highly recommended!

Ana and Sara super sweet ladies. We were warmly welcomed, got a lot of explanations about the sights in the area. Sara gave us good tips and gave a good address to eat! Very nice apartment! We'd love to come back if we're split again!

They gave me a weird hour! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly to us and especially the baby. The place has everything you need, also we had refreshments and treats waiting for us, which was very nice after a long drive. Comfortable bedrooms, great terrace overlooking the sea. The sea is close enough, there is also a small shop and restaurant nearby where we had dinner several times. There is a small beach with a convenient entry into the water where it was good to be with a child, and lots of rocky beaches.

We enjoyed staying in Zeljko' s place. Room is perfect for two people who spend most of the day on beach or outside. It is tidy, comfortable, cozy and on a perfect location. Outside of Split but near the sea (2 min by walking). Everything we needed was just in front, supermarkets, restaurants etc.

One of the best places we have stayed so far. The apartment has everything you need and a bit more to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The balcony offers a stunning view towards the harbour and promenade of Trogir. The outside area with heated pool and lounge furniture as well as an outside kitchen are prefect for warm summer days. The apartment includes two bedrooms with very comfortable dobbelbeds and a smaller room with a single bed. The kitchen and living room area provide enough space to also enjoy some inside time in case it rains or there is too much wind. Mirko added some fruit, water and sweets before our arrival which we really appreciated and is quick to answer any questions you might have. So go for it - the place is worth it and we would definitely return. 😊

Anita's home was better than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. In the main accomodation there were six adults. It never felt cramped. We had two adults in the adjoining space and they were very comfortable. Both places were spotless. The pool area was great and perfect for having a beer after a day in the hot Croatian sun. The sun room was amazing. Anita greeted us. It was a good thing as it would have been a little difficult to find. If you are flying in to Split, and Anita offers you to get picked up, do it. The price is reasonable and you are so much better off if the driver knows the area. We went to an island tour, went to Split and to Krka National park and visted Old Town. Every meet up place was walking distance from the home. Old town was a 10 minute walk. This place is a gem - book it.

Good communication with Darko, very friendly. He even proposed to come to the airport as I had a problem at the car rental. Good instructions, friendly parents of Darko waited for us. They prepared a plate with ham and cheese and we had also a bottle of wine, bread, some fruit and water in the fridge. The house was clean and the airco gave the whole house a fresh feeling (great as it was 35° at arrival). The upper floor had an airco unit that cools the whole floor. This is the most complete Airbnb house we ever stayed in: oil to bake, all spices like pepper and salt (an many more), enough kitchenware (in excellent condition) to cook if you want and everything you could wish for to have a nice stay (dishwasher, washing machine, tv in every room, vacuum cleaner...). They have enough toilet paper and tablets for the dishwasher for the whole stay. It sounds stupid, but these are details that make a difference. Darko is always available for questions and answers quickly. We loved it!

The place was clean, same as in the pictures. Very comfortable, well-equipped kitchen for 4 people, two bedrooms, two toilets. Parking was a little tricky because although there was a free parking lot in front of the entrance to the apartment, we should have entered a very narrow street and didn't risk it with skoda octavia. There was free parking in a small courtyard next to the house, where, of course, they always stand in front of the entrance, and in the parking lot that's always full, closer to the sea. Of course, there will be a free space at night, but we had to pay for 2 days for parking for 3-3 hours. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, as well as a lot of restaurants very close, a convenience store is also a 3-minute walk away. It rained one day during the vacation, and I think it proves how good the accommodation is, that we were in the whole time, and we had a good time. Thank you Ana! 😊

Had a great stay with 5 people. Upon arrival-friendly welcome and the owner had all kinds of homemade delicacies ready. The accommodation was clean, spacious, cold on arrival and everything you need was there. With 10 minutes by taxi you were in the center of split and within the same time you were on the beach. You also have a supermarket and bakery in front of the door. In short a top accommodation for some nice days split.

loved our stay ar Lucija's place. excellent host, great communication. lots if useful tips on where to go and what to do. a home from home. Additional toiletries came in useful and a welcome basket of snacks and food as we arrived very late in evening.

The accommodation is simply fantastic. Arrived and felt like at home! The great beach is right across the road - less than 50 meters and you can switch between sand or pebble beach. The sea is fabulously beautiful and the water crystal clear! The apartment is really well equipped. Especially great is the wonderful outdoor area with the outdoor kitchen and the fireplace grill. A large fridge with freezer is also provided. I especially want to highlight the cleanliness in the apartment - I have never found such a clean accommodation!!!! Iris was so nice and left us refreshments and something sweet for us to arrive comfortably - sooo nice! All in all - a really fantastic holiday in a very highly recommended home!

Accommodation like new, very well-equipped and very nice, one of the best AirBnB of our trip to Croatia. Special mention to Mirko, very available by message and very pleasant when we arrived on site, even advised us for ferry departures. Highly recommended for your stays in Split!
