This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). We are located in a very quiet area, 10 minutes by car from the old town, if you don't like noise, but peace and quiet, this is the ideal location for you. Each apart. is equipped with its own bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and one has a small kitchen. The rooms share a terrace with a private pool just for you, where there are deckchairs and an outdoor shower where you can enjoy the sun Party or loud music is NOT allowed

In the front of the house there is the garden with many plants that the family has been tending for years. During hot summer days you can refresh and relax in the small pool/jacuzzi within the garden.

This beautiful, modern house with an outdor pool is located in Solin. It is a small but beautiful town, only a short drive away from Split. The house is located by the river Jadro. Surrounding of the house is decorated as park with lots of walking trails. House has four spacious bedrooms for eight people and three bathrooms. Also you can use parking and auxiliary facility which is traditional croatian tavern with barbecue and board games( billiards and darts ).
