Monthly Rentals in Spokane Valley

The perfect apartment for a cozy stay. The electronics like TV, washer, dryer and kitchen were top notch and the apartment is in a quiet location, with trails nearby while also being well connected to drive anywhere in the area. The owner was very helpful and replied very quickly! Thanks for the cozy 10 days!

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Everything was just as pictured and I loved the location. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable and we had a lot of space.

Second time staying at one of Ben's places. Always clean and like I mentioned before, it's fully-equipped. King-size bed, full-size refrigerator/range/microwave, etc. The towels are thick and nice, unlike those sandpaper ones you find at Holiday Inn or similar. Has AC/Heating but there are backup portable units, just in case. This is my go-to place whenever I'm in Spokane.

Our family absolutely loved the place, it was home away from home so spacious for our family of six, definitely recommend and definitely will stay again!
