Monthly Rentals in Springs

This house served our family very well for a multi-month stay. The house and property are just like the photos and all the amenities were great to have. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet place near the water in East Hampton. Petra was always very responsive with anything we needed and was an excellent host.

The house was so cozy and comfortable and well stocked. I didn't even miss not having a tv. there are games, records to play on the record player, and plenty of kitchen utensils and spices to experiment in the kitchen. I enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and walking in the neighborhood. You will need a car to be able to access restaurants and shopping, but it was a short drive. It was exactly what I was hoping for and would return again.

Our family loved staying at Cee’s house and would like to come back next summer. We enjoyed the short-walk to the beach and relaxed vibe. We played games and relaxed in the living room. Cee was incredibly helpful even from his family vacation in Europe. The neighborhood is kid-friendly. There were lots of beach toys and chairs that are part of the rental. Sheer bliss!
