The space has been created to encourage a sense of community with all who stay here. We hope you enjoy the short 4 minute walk to the beach, (please note running shoes are recommended. The trail is steep and has obstacles such as roots and rocks) the endless trails nearby or the amazing yard and space the property has to offer.

Fully modern ground floor one bedroom nest in a well established neighborhood surrounded by Garry Oak trees. Includes living room, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and dining area. Bathroom with rain showerhead and heated floors. Wifi and cable included. Enjoy complimentary coffee or tea while you plan your stay in Victoria. We are situated on bus routes and within minutes to Cedar Hill Rec Centre and 18 Hole Golf Course, UVIC, Camosun College, and Hillside Shopping Mall and downtown Victoria.

Gated, beautiful oceanfront modern home. Very unique, semi-private getaway. A great west coast living experience. 5 minute drive to all amenities & 40 minutes to Victoria. Ocean is steps away to paddle board/kayak/ canoe/swim or walk along the public bedrock shoreline. Close to hiking & biking trails, such as Galloping Goose Trail & Sooke Potholes. Plus, nearby fishing & whale watching charters. Or, just relax. Note: House being built on lot beside Airbnb; Sept 27/25. Foundation is done.

The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Kammerle Cabin

Beautifully renovated home in Garden Bay nestled in the trees overlooking Pender Harbour and beyond! This space offers a family friendly space, with access to many trails and outdoor adventures that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Walking distance to Hotel Lake with floating docks and easy entry points for kayaking. A short drive away to Katherine Lake, Garden Bay Lake and Ruby Lake, as well as Pender Harbour Golf Course, and Mount Daniel - an excellent hiking spot with breathtaking views.
