Guest can use the garden, hike nearby trails and is walking distance to the Sir William Coaker Foundation! Guest can visit nearby Bonavista, approximately 18 km away, or Trinity approximately 32km away. Guest will be provided with code for keyless entry before arrival. Tea and Coffee available. Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The harbour is a highly sought location and photographed daily by visitors who pass by. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!
